By Rita Soludo Anambra State Governor, Prof.Chukwuma Soludo in the early hours of Saturday 2nd September, 2023 embarked on a massive clearing and desilting of all drainages and water channels around commissioner's quarters Awka.   Prof Soludo, represented by Dr. Ibezim, personally engaged over 30 workers through out the day supervising their activities in order to ensure thoroughness. Dr.Ibezim further took the clearing and desilting campaign to the doorstep of all the landlords and shop owners along the affected streets, mandating them to take full responsibility of drainages infront of their houses and shops.
