SOLUDO TAKES CLEAN, GREEN AND SUSTAINABLE ANAMBRA PERSONAL: LAUNCHES OPERATION CLEAN AND DESILT YOUR SURROUNDING.

Anambra State Governor, Prof.Chukwuma Soludo in the early hours of Saturday 2nd September, 2023 embarked on a massive clearing and desilting of all drainages and water channels around commissioner's quarters Awka. 

 Prof Soludo, represented by Dr. Ibezim, personally engaged over 30 workers through out the day supervising their activities in order to ensure thoroughness.


Dr.Ibezim further took the clearing and desilting campaign to the doorstep of all the landlords and shop owners along the affected streets, mandating them to take full responsibility of drainages infront of their houses and shops.

While addressing the residents of commissioner's quarters, Mr. Deputy Governor stressed the need to free water channels around GRA and that anyone who built on any of the water ways will have their structure revisited by the appropriate authorities for actions.

SOLUDO HONOURED AS CHAMPIONS NEWSPAPER GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
