ANAMBRA STATE DEPUTY GOVERNOR, DR IBEZIM ATTENDS ANNUAL CAROL OF NINE LESSONS HELD AT THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST. FAITH, AWKA.

Earlier today, Dr OnyekaChukwu Ibezim marking the spirit of the yuletide was at the Cathedral Church of St Faith, Awka to take part in the annual Carol of Nine Lessons. Dr Ibezim, ever the faithful christian, read the 7th lesson for the day.

While speaking to the press after the Carol, Dr Ibezim referred to the season as one for spiritual and physical stock-taking. He expressed his gratitude to the Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo for prioritizing the security of ndị Anambra and ensuring that peace, a key determinant of the success of each event, reigns in the state.

He also seized the moment to call on Anambrarians nationwide to see the season as an opportunity to come home. He asked that they come and invest in Anambra as well as savour the joy of Christmas.

Both communities through their spokespersons during the meeting, affirmed that there is no rancor or misunderstanding of any sort between them, adding that they understand themselves and also inter-marry a lot.
