DR. IBEZIM MOURNS DEATH OF EX- ANAMBRA GOVERNOR, DR. CHINWOKE MBADINUJU.

Anambra State Deputy Governor Dr. OnyekaChukwu Ibezim has condoled with the entire Mbadinuju family  over the passing of their father and grandfather, Late Dr. Chinwoke Mbadinuju (Odera) a former governor of the state.

Late Dr. Chinwoke Mbadinuju died on Tuesday April 11, 2023 . He was 78 years .

In a statement signed by the Deputy Governor, Dr. Ibezim hailed Mbadinuju for his numerous contributions to the development of the Anambra State and Nigeria in general. 

The statement reads, 

"The Deputy Governor commiserates with the family of the former governor, who served the country in different capacities particularly as the Governor of Anambra State between 1999 to 2003, remaining steadfast and consistent in his progressive views, and working assiduously for betterment of all and the homeland.

"As Odera bows out, Dr. Ibezim believes he left the world at a crucial moment when the family and the country needed his counsel to grow, noting that his absence will be sorely felt by family,friends and associates, particularly those in Anambra state.

"Mr. Deputy Governor prays that the Almighty God will comfort the family of the former governor and grant them fortitude to bear his demise".

"It shall be well with the peace-loving soul of Late Dr. Chinwoke Mbadiuju, Amen ".

SOLUDO HONOURED AS CHAMPIONS NEWSPAPER GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
