SOLUDO’S EDUCATIONAL REFORMS: A FORMIDABLE INVESTMENT SAYS DR ONYEKACHUKWU IBEZIM, DEPUTY GOVERNOR, ANAMBRA.

The Deputy Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency Dr OnyekaChukwu Ibezim has described his principal, Prof Charles Chukwuma Solduo as a reformer, embarking on structural reformation of educational sector in the state.

Dr. Ibezim was speaking in Agulu, Aniocha council Area of Anambra State where he represented the Governor at the burial ceremony of Pa Alexander Ejesieme who died at 93 years  applauded his legacies and reminded the children , Bar Alex Ejesieme SAN and his siblings of the great work ahead.  He reeled out the governor's step by step approaches  aimed at making  quality education, accessible and affordable to all and sundry in the state.

According to Dr. Ibezim, Gov. Soludo has  demonstrated these in practical terms, by first of all donating over One Billion, Six Hundred Million to heads of mission Schools in the state , with Catholic Mission schools recieving  the sum N918,000,000, Anglican mission Schools, N550,000,000 and N16,000,000 to Salvation Army mission schools.

He said,
" Under Soludo's administration, education is a critical components of his larger "solution agenda" as obtained in his manifesto before Ndi Anambra proudly hired him about 18 months ago"

"Presently, Soludo's  government is making  deliberate efforts towards making education an opportunity equalizer in the state by revamping the public schools which hitherto, were a learning ecosystem for the poorest of the poor"

"To achieve this, Governor Soludo is personally pushing several clubs of patrons in the state towards adopting a primary school and where they cannot sponsor a primary school, they should buy them a pencil, citing Amorji Primary school Isuofia, Soludo's hometown as example, which Gov. Soludo adopted over 12 years ago till today"

" I can assure you that under this administration, education will be a ladder of opportunity for all and sundry irrespective of class or strata"


At the cheering of the cloud, Dr. Ibezim also revealed that his principal will also recruit another 3000 teachers particularly for the puplic-public schools in the state, after 5000 had already been employed, insisting that all this are purely Soludo's brainchild to revamp education in the state.

SOLUDO HONOURED AS CHAMPIONS NEWSPAPER GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
